- Research and interview with various corporate management companies to gain insight information support analysis reports
- Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies
- Closely monitor and collect financial news, keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks, and new investment products
- Analysis and interpretation of finance reports, other information as well as preparation of new investment opportunities and summaries
- Conduct research reports, investment advices, and present investment recommendations to investors
- Provide presentation/ public lecture to customers or investors for company’s seminars when required
- Other tasks upon assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields
- Proven working experience at least 2 years as a Fundamental Investment Analyst on Securities and being approved by SEC (no experience required if obtains the certification of CISA Level 3 or CFA Level 3)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Great Interpersonal skill, excellent communication, and presentation skills
- Good command of English is required

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect data from the various sources of internal information.
- Identify and analyze the trends or patterns to find the personalized customer needs/ customer insight to seek or propose new business opportunities.
- Create, interpret the trends or patterns of complex data and present into the different kinds of dashboards, reports, or fine presentations.

Qualifications:
- Bachlor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Approximately 0-2 years of working experiences in business data analysis (Knowledge in Securities, Fintech or Banking business is a BIG PLUS)
- Experience or knowledge using the BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Able to use Pivot and VLOOKUP in an advanced level
- Strong analytical skill is required

Investment Banking Officer (Business Development)

- Conduct preliminary research on companies, industry and market trend in prospect industries to develop new investment and opportunities (deal generation).
- Manage deal sourcing i.e., call and meet with prospects and evaluate investment and opportunities.
- Build up network with other business partners i.e., Startup, Venture Capital, Private Equity Firms and/or government agencies.
- Perform limited due diligence on Startup, Venture Capital and Private Equity Investment.
- Conduct in-depth on the existing references and clients of the target company.
- Conduct background checks on the existing shareholder and management of the target company.
- Analysis on major competitors to the target company
- Building up preliminary financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Prepare internal investment process
- Perform monitoring and reporting of invested companies
?Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting and Engineering
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in Startup, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Investment Banking field
- Experience in investment and/or due diligence procedures
- Understand both technical and business concepts quickly
- Interested in Startup, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Tech & Biz.
- Good communication skill
